This policy explains how Glouva handles information submitted through glouva.ca and related project inquiries.
Information you provide
When you submit a Growth Review, contact Glouva or communicate about a potential engagement, you may provide your name, work email, company information, website or social profile, business context, marketing challenges, budget range and other information you choose to share.
Please avoid submitting confidential information, passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information through the website forms.
Technical information
The website and its hosting providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, timestamps and diagnostic data needed to operate, secure and improve the site.
Analytics or advertising technologies will be described here before they are activated in production.
How information is used
Glouva uses submitted information to review project fit, understand the business context, respond to inquiries, prepare recommendations, communicate about a possible engagement, protect the website and improve the quality of the experience.
Submitting a Growth Review does not create a client relationship or guarantee that Glouva will accept the project.
Service providers
Glouva may use trusted service providers for website hosting, form delivery, email, analytics, security, scheduling and other operational functions. These providers may process information only as needed to perform their services.
The current website is hosted through Vercel. Growth Review submissions are delivered using Resend's email infrastructure.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.
Glouva uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask Glouva to provide information about, correct or delete personal information you previously submitted, subject to reasonable identity verification and any records Glouva is required or permitted to retain.
You may also ask not to receive future non-transactional communications.
International processing
Some service providers may process information in Canada, the United States or other jurisdictions. Privacy rules and government access rights may differ from those in your location.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as Glouva's website, services and technology change. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
